JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced VSM Program Manager to lead the analysis and optimization of business processes, with a primary focus on the Order to Cash (OTC) process across multiple product lines. This role will support high-impact transformation initiatives, including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system migrations. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of value stream mapping (VSM), systems/process analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational efficiency and enable business agility.

Contribute to major transformation projects such as PLM (Agile to Enovia) and ERP (Oracle to SAP) replacements through structured process analysis, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.Develop automated dashboards and performance tracking tools (e.g., PowerBI) to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support data-informed decision-making.Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline business processes, minimize lead times, and improve execution.Collaborate with departments such as engineering, supply chain, and IT to align systems and workflows, ensuring end-to-end process integration.Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and use project tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) to manage project milestones and deliverables effectively.Create comprehensive process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials to support change management and adoption.Qualifications:Education:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with process mapping and VSM tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart).

  • Understanding of BPMN and process modeling techniques.

Responsibilities
  • System & Process Analysis:
  • Conduct detailed system analysis and process mapping for the OTC workflow across varied product lines. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
