Job Description Ready for? Are you able to manage valuations for real estate portfolios, individual assets, land and non-performing loans? Is Valuation in the Real estate sector, your passion? Do you like data analysis and controlling? Do you value accurate reports? Are you able to use with confidence all valuation methodologies (comparative, simple income-based, and DCF)? Who You Are You will collaborate with the team in the analysis of the Valuation Report. Your goal will be to manage the valuation process, timing, and assumption. Qualifications Academic degree in architecture, engineering, or economics 2/4 years experience in RE field Strong interest in the Real Estate field Expert in evaluation process C1 English level - Italian mother tongue Familiar with Office Package especially with Excel Good attitude to teamwork 2 years reporting activity experience
Responsibilities
Manage valuations for real estate portfolios, individual assets, land, and non-performing loans. Collaborate with the team in the analysis of the Valuation Report and manage the valuation process, timing, and assumptions.
