Job Description Participate in valuation projects and deliver accurate reports Perform thorough due diligence on property details Conduct site visits and collect data for preparation of valuation and advisory reports Prepare financial feasibility analysis and valuation reports Build and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications University (or equivalent) degree in Real Estate/Surveying/Property Management or related disciplines 1+ years of any real estate related work experience. Fresh Graduates will be considered as well Solid knowledge of real estate markets, valuation methodologies and industry regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data Effective communication and client relationship management skills Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail High proficiency in MS Office applications, in particular Excel Good command of both written and verbal English, Cantonese or Mandarin.
