Entry-Level Valve Body Technician (Day Shift) Start Your Career in Manufacturing — No Night Shifts, Just Hands-On Work and Big Impact! Looking to kickstart your career in manufacturing with a role that keeps you moving, thinking, and building cool stuff? We’re on the hunt for a Valve Body Technician to join our team on day shift! You’ll be the go-to person for disassembling valve bodies — essential components that keep our high-performance systems running smoothly. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone with mechanical curiosity, great attention to detail, and a solid work ethic. What You’ll Be Doing: * Inspect valve body components for quality, cleanliness, and fit * Sort and organize parts like a pro, keeping our inventory in top shape * Follow inspection and assembly instructions (digital and paper-based — yes, we still use both!) * Collaborate with team members and leadership to reduce defects and improve processes * Help roll out updated inspection standards when needed * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in valve body units * Keep quality high and energy higher — other duties as needed!
