REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and be a hands-on person
  • Must be able to load and unload a van
  • Driving is also required.
  • Must be 25yrs or older due to insurance requirements to drive company vehicle
  • Full clean drivers license required

Responsibilities

As our Van Driver/Technician, you’ll be the crucial link between our company and our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Expert Installation & Commissioning: Installing and commissioning beer mobilesystems, ensuring perfect functionality and optimal flow. This includes setting up kegcouplers, regulators, beer lines, events equipment and taps with precision and care.
  • Proactive Maintenance & Reactive Repairs: Conducting routine preventativemaintenance checks, diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly, andperforming on-site repairs to minimize downtime for our clients. You’ll become atroubleshooting guru!
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strongrelationships with clients, providing expert advice, and ensuring their completesatisfaction. You’ll be their go-to person for all beer dispensing needs.
  • Efficient Inventory & Logistics: Managing inventory of equipment, parts, and tools,and ensuring the company van is well-stocked and organized.
  • Safe & Timely Deliveries: Delivering equipment and supplies to customer locationssafely and efficiently, adhering to strict deadlines and schedules.
  • Detailed Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of installations, repairs, andinventory, utilising digital tools and systems.
  • Adherence to Quality & Safety: Ensuring all work is carried out to the higheststandards of quality and safety, following industry best practices and companyprocedures.
