We’re a fast-growing home delivery company looking to expand our team with reliable, motivated individuals. If you enjoy working in a team and don’t mind manual handling, this could be the role for you!

1. VAN DRIVER

You’ll work in a 2-person team delivering goods directly to customers’ homes using our branded Luton vans. Daily start times vary between 06:30 and 08:00, and you’ll receive your schedule the evening before.

What We’re Looking For:

• Physically fit – Heavy lifting involved
• Punctual and dependable
• Good team player
• Able to travel to and from Seaham, where vans are stored overnight
• Willing to work Monday to Sunday
• Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Full Training Provided:

• 2-day onboarding to get you up to speed
• Support from experienced team members

Pay & Benefits:

• Driver: £125/day + potential add-ons for certain contracts
• Paid per day (not per hour) – so you earn the same whenever you finish
• Pay frequency: Monthly (transitioning to weekly in the future)
