• Valid Manual Handling is desirable but not essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are an Irish cooking oil company and we are currently looking for Delivery Driver Assistants to join our growing team at our Wexford Depot:
You will assist with loading, unloading, and working with your colleague to take a variety of cooking oils and remove used cooking oil from restaurants/hotels,
Hours of work are approximately 07:00 - 16:30 Mon-Fri. There may be instances when you will be required to work outside these if deliveries are running behind,

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Prepares vehicles for loading, ensuring that the vehicle is empty and free of debris or other materials.
• Remove and load deliveries from the vehicle by properly handling such items to prevent damage.
• Enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
• Use of handheld for customer invoices
• Contact customers before delivery
• Consistently interact with our customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
• Consistently make good decisions with minimal supervision.
• Work safely in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.
