Job Purpose الغرض من الوظيفة Visit, Sell, and distribute, Deliver & Display volume to assigned customers route according to business & customers channel. (Grocery, minimarket stores, Pharmacies, Companies and restaurants coverage and display targets within the outlets. Collect & follows journey plan. زيارة ، وبيع ، وتوزيع توصيل وعرض المنتجات لعملاء البيع حسب الخطة المعتمدة من القسم ونوع المعميل والبيع بالنقدي الى البقالات والميني ماركت ، الصيدليات , الشركات والمطاعم والمقاهي وتحصيل المبالغ المالية من العملاء بشكل يومي حسب خط السير المحدد بالبيانات الموجودة في أجهزة البيع المسلمة للموظفين. Key Accountabilities المسؤوليات الرئيسية Accountabilities Description وصف المسؤوليات Achieve daily, monthly & annual sales objectives by category, SKU, and customers based plan. تحقيق أهداف المبيعات اليومية/ الشهرية / السنوية بالمنتج والصنف حسب تصنيف العملاء Responsible for achieving distribution & coverage objectives for assigned journey plan. مسؤول عن التأكد من تحقيق أهداف التغطية والتوزيع حسب الخطة المحددة في جهاز البيع. Responsible for deploying the POSM as per standards and company guidelines. مسؤول عن التأكد من توزيع مواد الدعاية للعملاء ووضعها في مراكز البيع حسب المتطلبات الشركة. Responsible for tagging all the goods with clear pricing at customers outlets. مسؤول عن التأكد من وجود الأسعار على البضائع للعملاء بشكل واضح. Responsible for depositing all amount of daily sales collection to company accounting cashier maximum on next working day with day closing receipt.(in case the casher Is not available sales supervisor and credit controller must be informed to take the needed actions). مسؤول عن التأكد من تسليم التحصيل اليومي لأمين الصندوق بشكل يومي مع إصدار سند لإغلاق من الجهاز.وفي حال عدم تواجد أمين الصندوق يتم إبلاغ المشرف و المراقب المالي ليتم إتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة. Adhere to company policy on damages and expiry products الأمتثال لسياسة المرتجعات حسب ماتنص عليه سياسة الشركة . Responsible of the accuracy of actual stock quantity per item and expiry dates is matching the system stock inventory for all times. مسؤول عن التأكد من دقة ومطابقة كميات البضاعة التي بحوزة المندوب مع مطابقتها بالكميات الموجود في نظام الشركة وجرد البضاعة في كل الآوقات وتواريخ الصلاحية. Responsible for implementing FEFO replenishment plan. تطبيق نظام البيع والتوزيع والمعروف بالفيفو FEFO ( بحسب تاريخ الإنتهاء ). Responsible for all the distribution of outlets as per company priority and customers locations. مسؤول عن التأكد من توزيع البيع للعملاء حسب المواقع وأولويات الشركة. Responsible for keeping the goods in secure, healthy and clean condition inside the van and the customers premises. مسؤول عن التأكد من ضمان تخزين البضاعة بشكل نظيف ومؤمن صحياً داخل السيارة وعند العملاء. Responsible for proper use of company assets. مسؤول عن التأكد من ضمان إستخدام أصول الشركة التي بحوزتك والمحافظة عليها. Responsible for ensuring that No exception on return for expiries or damage goods. Unless there is official written agreement from the direct distribution manager, Company or Tamer finance. مسؤول عن التأكد من عدم قبول أي مرتجع للبضائع أو بضاعة منتهة الصلاحية إلا في حالة وجود موافقة خطية من المدير المباشروالإدارة المالية. Highlight any competitors’ activity on regular basis. متابعة أنشطة المنافسين و تقديم التقارير للمدير المباشر أولا بأول. Responsible of ensuring vehicle Refrigerator air condition is working fine & to keep product in good condition & sellable situation مسؤول عن التأكد من ضمان جودة عمل ثلاجة التبريد داخل السيارة وذلك لتأكيد جودة وسلامة المنتجات بها بشكل ممتاز حيث تكون قابلة للبيع. Responsible for providing all the needed accurate data and requirements for the new customers. مسؤول عن التأكد من تقديم البيانات الصحيحة للعملاء الجدد و إحضار المتطلبات. Responsible to have good look all the time in the company and market. مسؤول عن التأكد من النظافة العامة للموظف والظهور بمظهر لائق. Undertake any other duties or assignments as required from time to time by the management. أداء أي واجبات أو مهام أخرى حسبما تقتضيه الإدارة من وقت لآخر.
