Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan and sales strategy for the Van Sales Department, aligning with company goals
  • Lead and support the Sales Team, setting clear goals and individual action plans
  • Conduct one-on-one reviews with Product Executives to foster communication, address training needs, and boost team performance
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing initiatives as needed
  • Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Report regularly to the Dealer Principal, managing expenses within budget and upholding high ethical standards
  • Selling Manager role: oversee the team’s performance while actively contributing to sales targets through direct selling responsibilities
  • Oversee recruitment and development of the Sales Team, in collaboration with the Managing Director
