Description
The Van Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and driving van sales operations for premium technology accessories and related products across assigned territories in Iraq. The role focuses on managing the van sales team, ensuring effective market coverage, maintaining strong retail relationships, and achieving sales and distribution targets. The incumbent will oversee daily field operations, monitor merchandising standards, ensure product availability at retail outlets, and support the expansion of the customer base while maintaining operational efficiency and high service standards. Key Qualifications: • Strong experience in van sales supervision, field sales, or retail distribution within the technology, mobile handset, or consumer electronics industry. • Proven ability to lead and manage van sales teams to achieve sales and distribution targets. • Good understanding of retail merchandising, route planning, and customer relationship management. • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. • Ability to monitor sales performance, stock movement, and market coverage effectively. • Strong knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and retail operations. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with Iraq retail and distribution market dynamics is preferred. • Valid driving license is mandatory. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. • 4–7 years of relevant experience in van sales, field sales, or retail distribution. • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team management experience. • Experience handling mobile handsets, accessories, consumer electronics, or technology products is highly preferred. • Prior experience in retail merchandising and direct market operations is an added advantage. • Experience working within Iraq market will be preferred.
