JOB DESCRIPTION:

Grand Pack is a distributor of disposable food packaging products (plastic, paper & aluminum containers, foil rolls, cling film, sandwich paper, cleaning & hygiene products and more), is looking for a Van Salesman to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of products directly to restaurants, cafeterias, catering companies & groceries across the UAE. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel and hands-on sales activity.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in van sales or FMCG field sales (preferably in food packaging/disposable products).
• Strong network of pre-existing clients including restaurant groups, catering companies in Sharjah, Ajman & Dubai regions.
• Valid UAE manual driving license mandatory.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage routes efficiently.

• Drive a company van to visit customers and deliver products.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Promote and sell company products to meet sales targets.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate sales records.
• Monitor stock levels and restock van inventory as needed.
• Identify new sales opportunities and report market trends.
