KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience working with LCVs, ideally in a fast-paced fleet or workshop environment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence (Category B).
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
