This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of specialists and manage all aspects of email marketing operations for both retail and professional investor audiences across Europe. The successful candidate will be instrumental in evolving the marketing function by bringing HTML email build and automation in-house, thereby increasing business efficiency.
What you’ll do:
As an Email Marketing Manager at Vanguard Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital marketing strategy. You will work closely with various stakeholders across B2B and D2C businesses to plan and execute Vanguard’s comprehensive email marketing programme. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of two email marketing specialists, overseeing the governance of marketing data, designing, building, testing, and dispatching HTML email campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will also analyse campaign metrics to provide insightful feedback to the marketing team. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting any issues arising with the technology stack.
