THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a senior-level Full-Cycle Executive Recruiter to lead retained mandates from origination to successful close. This role offers the scope of a senior associate/engagement manager in a global firm, but with the entrepreneurial autonomy to shape client strategy, control execution, and directly impact the firm’s growth trajectory.
With a niche focus and premium client base, you will advise founders, CEOs, and investors on one of the most strategically leveraged leadership hires they can make. This position carries a defined annual revenue target and is designed for someone comfortable owning both business development and delivery, with uncapped earning potential for overachievement.
This will be a W2 position, reporting directly to the Managing Partner. This is a remote-first position with minimal travel requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in retained executive search, ideally with a top-tier global firm or high-end boutique.
  • Experience managing full-cycle, client-facing search mandates at the senior leadership level.
  • Demonstrated success in business development with C-suite executives and investors.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, lean environment without large support teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the gravitas to advise top executives.
