This dynamic role supports both vape/tobacco and cannabis retail operations, while also fulfilling responsibilities during keyholder shifts. The ideal candidate brings energy, integrity, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while adhering to provincial regulations and store policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Valid CannSell Certification required (must be provided prior to start date)
• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a regulated industry
• Experience handling cash and operating a POS system
• Previous keyholder or leadership experience is an asset
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift on tiled surfaces
• Frequent reaching, bending, and lifting boxes of stock (up to 40 lbs)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated retail environment

KEYHOLDER DUTIES (AS ASSIGNED)

• Open and close the store in accordance with security and operational procedures
• Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation and reporting
• Lead the sales floor in the absence of a manager and delegate tasks appropriately
• Ensure adherence to all store policies and safety protocols during your shift
• Act as a point of contact for staff and customers during keyholder shift
