As a VAR Inside Channel Account Manager, you will work closely with our channel partners, supporting them through effective engagement, training, and sales strategies. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with existing VAR partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring partner satisfaction by providing the necessary resources and support to succeed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales or channel management, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Familiarity with UCaaS, SaaS, VoIP, and related communication technologies is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships and driving sales within a channel environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective partner engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools. (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights for driving partner success.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to collaborate and work proactively within a team setting.
  • Ability to travel if necessary to partner locations or events.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned VAR partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide support and guidance to partners to enhance their selling capabilities and drive joint sales efforts.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and resources sharing to ensure partners are equipped with the latest product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and marketing efforts tailored to the needs of VAR partners.
  • Analyze partner performance metrics and develop strategies for growth.
  • Assist partners in identifying market opportunities and crafting effective sales strategies.
  • Resolve partner inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales calls and client meetings with partners to support deal closures.
  • Track and report on activity, performance, and results for ongoing optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
