Could you be the full-time hybrid Variation Order Manager in Roma, RM, IT we’re looking for?

Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Take on a new challenge and apply your sophisticated project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and strategic-thinking teammates. You’ll play a pivotal role in the financial success of our projects by managing the Billing and SAL process, including coordination with Partners in case of RTI/ATI. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Accounting, Subcontractors), oversee and control Field Subcontractor activities and related financials, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Management and control of Field Subcontractor activities and related financials (SAL),
  • Establishing and updating new prices in line with project requirements,
  • Ensuring accurate verification of accounting during the bid phase,
  • Preparation and maintenance of a detailed bill of quantities for all technologies involved,
  • Negotiation and definition of payment terms with clients and partners,
  • Precise calculation of executive planning costs

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field,
  • Knowledge of financial management, including billing and budgeting,

  • Attention to detail and precision in handling project economics document
