What success looks like in this role: Serves as senior business process outsourcing delivery specialist. Coordinates and plays a lead role in daily site operational activities, ensuring timely service delivery and achievement of contracted performance expectations. Leads or participates in projects to implement new initiatives, onboard new clients or enhance existing processes. Ensures service delivery meets quality standards, regulatory requirements and contractual obligations. Monitors and reviews work processes, ensuring achievement of production requirements, volumes and deadlines. Identifies potential risks, working with management to develop and implement mitigation strategies – striving to ensure effective service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Provides procedural guidance and support for less experienced team members. Performs historical data analysis to identify and mitigate potential issues before they occur. Proposed changes to improve service delivery, problem solving and incident resolution.
