Description Reporting Structure This coaching position will report to the Athletic Director. Position Type This is a contracted, seasonal position. Compensation Pay based on experience. Job Summary Our Coaches instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. In teaching athletes on a team, this person shall prayerfully help students/athletes learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians to the praise and glory of God.
