Overview This is an entry-level position in the field of event game operations suited for current students and recent graduates. The right candidate will report to the Assistant Operations Manager and will be expected to learn on the job and grow with the company. This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00-$21.00 CAD Benefits for Part-Time roles: Pension matching This position will remain open until April 10, 2026. Responsibilities Work as a member of our game events team in a variety of roles including, Team lead, Statistician, Public address announcer, Court operations and Time keeper. Work with the events department and Athletics Department in the preparation and execution of events. Assist with custodial duties to maintain building cleanliness. Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with all written policies, applicable government codes, and regulations. Qualifications Previous experience playing or working in hockey, basketball or volleyball is considered an asset. A self-starter with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work in a team environment. Excellent time management skills and an ongoing awareness of client satisfaction. Willingness to work regular evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, plus an understanding of the possible physical nature of the work. Strengthened by our Differences.
