Description Value Added Services are an essential part of our growing successful Travel Retail business worldwide, and include e.g., the language labeling, coding & sleeving. Over the last two years, the request for Value Added Services has grown significantly.  VAS Administration coordinates the Value Added Services with the 3PL team of the Hainan DC. The VAS Administration Supervisor executes all tasks associated with the administration of the VAS and builds the bridge between the 3PL's  VAS team and ELC. Key responsibilities include: •    Responsibility for the administrative management of the Value-Added Services in Hainan DC•    Ensuring optimal workflows and processes, and acting as a link to Customer Service, Regulatory and the 3PL's VAS Operations•    Responsibility for the correct and timely VAS set-ups (product labeling, coding, cello wrapping, or sleeving) in SAP •    Creation and maintenance of master data (products, new customers, condition tables)•    Creation of KPI analyses, statistics, process descriptions, and work instructions •    Support/Consulting of the VAS Execution Team leader on technical aspects•    Preparation and management of cross-departmental meetings (national and international)•    Execute daily tasks within the Value-Added Services•    Claim handling in cooperation with Customer Service and Regulatory CNQualifications Education: Associate Degree or higher in Business Management, Supply Chain,  or related field    Minimum 3 years of related experience in the logistics sector Specific Skills & Capabilities:    • Knowledge of the logistics requirements within an FMCG environment• Ability to communicate at every level of the company• Analytical skills and the ability to set the right priorities • Can work independently and deliver high quality in a fast-changing environment• Advanced Level in Chinese and English • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)• Knowledge of SAP, Reporting Tools (Business Objects) and a Warehouse Management System is an advantage
