Role reports to: ﾏﾈｰｼﾞｬｰ Location: Asia Pacific, Japan, Tokyo-To, Shibuya Work Location: Hybrid What you will do DCL VASプランナーは、日本市場におけるVAS（付加価値サービス）品目の高い顧客サービスレベルを実現する責任を担います。これは、販売予測（デマンドプランナー作成）とVASベンダーの生産能力をバランスさせ、ビジネス戦略と整合させることが求められます。本ポジションでは、社内の複数部署と連携しながら、VAS計画の推進および実行、新規VAS品目の適切な導入に向けた調整を行います。主な業務内容：顧客サービス VAS品目に関わる顧客サービスのプロセスを関係者が理解するよう周知デマンドプランニングチームと連携し、最適なサービスレベルを実現サービス未達成の要因を分析し、再発防止策を提案・実行新規VAS品目の進捗管理企画の承認から市場出荷までのタイムラインを関係者と調整新規VAS品目の導入スケジュールを管理スケジュール調整や変更のための議論を主導 VAS品目の計画と実行構成製品の在庫確認包装資材の在庫管理 VAS品目および包装資材の購買発注書（PO）作成ベンダー請求書の処理 VASベンダーの能力計画主要業績指標（KPI）： OTIF-S 計画達成率新規VAS品目のスケジュール通りの導入件数募集要項学士号取得いずれかの分野で3年以上の実務経験できればサプライチェーン関連分野で3年以上の実務経験 Microsoft Excel、PowerPoint、Wordの操作スキル日本語：流暢英語：中級レベル（読み書き・会話）資格：APICSまたはIBF 以下の経験：購買発注の実務生産・出荷スケジュールの調整在庫管理サプライヤーとの関係構築およびマネジメント SAP R/3、APO、ガントチャートの使用経験リーダーシップ：大人数の会議で議論を主導合意形成ができる If you are an individual with a disability, please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation. Responsibilities

The VAS Planner is responsible for achieving high customer service levels for VAS items in the Japanese market by balancing sales forecasts and vendor production capabilities. This role involves collaboration with multiple internal departments to drive and execute VAS planning and ensure proper introduction of new VAS items.
