Job Summary The VAS Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing value-added services to meet customer-specific requirements. This includes labeling, kitting, repackaging, quality checks, and other special projects to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with client standards. Key Responsibilities Perform various value-added tasks such as labeling, repackaging, kitting, and product customization. Ensure accuracy and quality of all orders before shipping. Read and follow work orders and project instructions accurately. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines, and scanners (if applicable). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate with supervisors and leads regarding progress, issues, or materials needed. Support inventory control and assist with stock replenishment when required. Follow all company safety procedures and policies. #ZR Requirements Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. 1+ year of warehouse experience (VAS or production environment preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Basic computer or RF scanner knowledge preferred. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals. Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed. Preferred Skills Experience with VAS, kitting, or packaging projects. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures. Forklift certification a plus. #ZR
