Description The Renal Intervention Center supports vascular and surgical needs for patients with kidney disease. The Vascular Access Manager (VAC) is responsible for the overall operational, clinical support, and fiscal management of the ambulatory surgery center. This role provides leadership and support of daily operations, staffing, regulatory compliance, patient flow, and quality initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. The VAC Manager works collaboratively with physicians, nursing leadership, and administrative teams to support excellence in care delivery and organizational performance. Requirements A degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a health-related field. Licensed in the state of IL Knowledge of interventional and surgical care in your related field. Willingness to learn all staff roles Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience in an ambulatory surgery center, outpatient surgical setting, or similar healthcare environment Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance, staffing management, and fiscal oversight helpful
