• Being the go-to person for HMRC interactions and compliance matters
• Handling VAT registrations and HMRC correspondence with confidence
• Collaborating with international offices and navigating cross-border complexities
• Contributing to strategy, marketing, and team growth
• Spotting opportunities to cross-sell services and add real value for clients
• Mentoring junior team members and helping shape the future of our VAT practice
• Playing a key part in monthly VAT huddles and firm-wide initiatives
