Your mission As part of our VAT Operations team at countX, you will: Prepare, validate, and clean e-commerce data (e.g., Amazon, ERP, invoicing tools) Manage and execute VAT reporting across EU countries, including OSS, local VAT returns, and VAT registrations Assist with Intrastat reporting and related filings Support process improvements and contribute to reliable, high-quality compliance deliverables Work closely with both internal teams and external partners on VAT-related operational tasks Your profile What we are looking for: Minimum 2 years of experience in VAT reporting, EU VAT compliance, OSS reporting, or a closely related field Very strong Excel skills — you’re comfortable working with large data sets, formulas, pivot tables, and logical problem solving Solid understanding of EU VAT processes, OSS procedures, and VAT filing requirements Logical thinker with a structured & proactive approach to work Confident communicator in English (additional EU languages are a plus) Why us?
