As a Barista at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences through our creative beverage offerings. Located in Canada, this role is essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and service while fostering a welcoming environment for our customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in food service or as a barista is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including fresh tea, milk tea, fruit tea, and coffee.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during food preparation and service.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a pleasant environment.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
