We are looking for a passionate and sales-focused Suit Department Sales Supervisor who can deliver outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in driving sales across the shop floor, coordinating VIP appointments and wedding events, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, a keen interest in menswear suiting , and a confident approach to styling, merchandising, and social media engagement.

SALES & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Lead by example on the shop floor to drive suit sales and deliver exceptional service.
• Engage proactively with customers, offering expert advice on product selection, styling, and fitting.
• Manage and grow revenue through personal shopping services and VIP suite appointments.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within fashion retail, ideally in menswear or formalwear.
• Strong styling, product knowledge, and fitting skills, with particular expertise in suits and tailoring.
• Confident leadership and communication skills.
• Competent with social media platforms and comfortable creating engaging content.
• Organised, commercially minded, and target-driven.
• Experience in visual merchandising and event coordination is highly advantageous.
