SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 PER ANNUM

Advance Vauxhall invites applications for the exciting position of Sales Executive to join our High Wycombe Sales Team. We are looking for a driven individual who can provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets for new and used vehicles.
If you are motivated to excel in the automotive industry or join the industry for the first time, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our dynamic team. If you are new into Car Sales, we will put in place a guided Vauxhall training plan to make sure you are fully trained in this role whilst being on the showroom floor, shadowing and selling for yourself. If you do have Car Sales experience, we will discuss all options within our Vauxhall training to improve your potential career growth!

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A VAUXHALL CAR SALES EXECUTIVE:

  • Previous sales experience in motor vehicle retail is desirable
  • Warm and engaging personality with excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm to exceed monthly sales objectives
  • Friendly and professional manner to engage well with customers and the team
  • Maths and English Grade 4-9
  • A Full UK Driving Licence
Responsibilities
  • Meeting and exceeding objectives, achieving new & used vehicles sales targets
  • Promoting finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans and other add-ons
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met if not exceeded.
  • Naturally building a rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs, and proactively promote suitable vehicle features and benefits.
  • Efficiently using digital technology and online process to be able to assist customers with their enquiries remotely
  • Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the motor industry, new models and recent improvements / news.
