THE ROLE:

The Vauxhall Used Car Sales Manager will lead and support the sales team. You should have experience in managing people and a passion for keeping customers happy while helping the business grow and meet goals. As a customer-focused manager, you will motivate your team to keep loyal customers and attract new ones through great customer service. You will help the team by providing support, coaching, and motivation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive business growth by maximizing car sales, profits, and customer satisfaction through effective management of the Sales team.
  • Oversee the purchasing of Used car stock from various sources, including Part X and dealer auctions, ensuring a diverse and quality stock
  • Manage the preparation of used cars, ensuring all vehicles meet high standards before sale.
  • Actively engage in showroom operations, including facilitating 2nd facing and stacking deals to enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor and control the profitability of the Sales Department, implementing strategies for improvement as needed
  • Provide comprehensive guidance, training, and motivation to team members at all levels, aiming to unlock individual potential and build a cohesive, high-performing sales team.
