Job Description Leads and coordinates VAVE activities by identifying value‑improvement opportunities, evaluating feasibility, and driving initiatives that optimize product design. Responsibilities: Lead VAVE workshops and cross-functional initiatives Conduct technical and commercial feasibility studies Prepare cost assessments and track VAVE targets Facilitate validation activities with customers and suppliers Serve as primary point of contact for VAVE-related topics Qualifications 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive preferred) Proficient English speaking and writing skills (80%) Strong time management experience Working knowledge of Capital Library is essential Pro-active, Self-motivated and flexible MS Excel to advanced level Experience using FORS ERP system is essential Additional Information Upper law benefits.
