We’re driven by efficiency, automation, and continuous technological advancement—and we’re looking for a skilled VB and SQL Programmer to help us build and maintain the infrastructure that powers it all.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented VB and SQL Programmer to join our in-house development team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our core applications, optimizing performance, and collaborating closely with other departments to support ongoing innovation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in VB (Visual Basic) and SQL programming
• Strong understanding of relational databases, stored procedures, and data optimization
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with CRM or dialer integration
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• Exposure to call center or financial services environments

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Visual Basic (VB) and SQL
• Modify and optimize existing code to improve functionality and performance
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and leadership teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues across various in-house platforms
• Maintain data integrity and ensure reliable integration between software components
• Document code, processes, and technical specifications as needed
