Description
Lead MSSP and SOC operations, ensuring efficient activation, steady-state support, and continuous improvement across all service domains. Define and execute operational strategies, governance frameworks, and performance standards aligned with organizational and customer requirements. Oversee daily SOC operations, incident response, monitoring, and escalation handling to maintain service continuity and SLA adherence. Ensure proactive service delivery for managed security services including firewalls, WAF, DDoS protection, VPNs, and related security layers. Manage collaboration with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, product, delivery, cyber defense) to ensure unified service delivery. Drive automation and reporting initiatives to enhance visibility, efficiency, and decision-making. Supervise the integration of threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and compliance activities within MSSP and SOC operations. Lead operational readiness for new service launches and transitions from project to operational phase. Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs, SLAs, and KRIs for managed security and SOC environments. Mentor, coach, and manage MSSP & SOC teams, fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and service quality. - Manage vendor partnerships and ensure the lifecycle management of tools and platforms used in service delivery. Represent the security operations organization in management reviews, audits, and compliance assessments. Owning and reporting the consolidated list of all steps/phases of assigned Corporate Projects Planning of various projects (i.e. Determining the resource requirements, allocating the available resources, determining the timeframe) in coordination with all related parties i.e. solution team, testing team, operation team. Accountable for preparing committed planning for the projects which are E2E plan for the technical side and showing the committed date for the technical delivery. Create Project Plan and update the plan periodically based on the project status update. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's preferred). 7+ years of experience in security operations, including MSSP or SOC management roles. Proven leadership experience managing technical or operational teams in enterprise environments. Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, ITIL, or NIST. Fluency in English and experience preparing management-level reports and dashboards. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are an advantage. Not a perfect fit?
