We are currently looking for a Junior PMO Project Manager to join the Program Management Office (PMO) team and be responsible for the successful delivery of small to large scale complex and dynamic projects regarding the racing car development at Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team.
This role is born out of a desire to reinforce the ability and capacity of the current PMO Team, increase the knowledge and skills in planning, including implement planning processes using best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
Previous experience in F1 or racing environments will be considered a plus.
Ability to work under pressure to achieve targets and deliver results within required timescales.
Ability to work with the team, external suppliers and colleagues.
Fluent with English and Italian.
Preferred knowledge of design and production processes in composite, metal and additive technologies.
Experience in managing enterprise-level and concurrent projects will be regarded as a plus.
