Modern Niagara is looking for a VDC Trades Specialist – Mechanical Piping to bridge the gap between field expertise and digital coordination. If you’re a seasoned plumbing professional ready to shape how mechanical systems are designed, prefabricated, and installed, this is your chance to make an impact.

• Bring real-world trade knowledge into the VDC process, ensuring designs are practical, efficient, and installation-ready.
• Model and coordinate pressure piping systems (domestic water, chilled water, heating/cooling lines) using Revit or other BIM tools.
• Optimize mechanical room layouts for prefabrication, accessibility, and long-term performance.
• Mentor junior designers, review their work for quality, and share your field experience to help them grow.
• Spot and solve constructability issues early, participate in clash detection and coordination meetings, and align VDC deliverables with project schedules.
• Leverage tools like Navisworks, Procore, and Bluebeam to drive productivity and innovation on every project.
