Job Description 1.Take ownership of project schedule tracking and ensure timely follow-up on key milestones and actions. 2.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and data analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 3.Coordinate sample preparation and testing activities, and ensure timely tracking and escalation of issues. 4.Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to support smooth project execution and delivery. 5.Monitor project risks and support regular project status reporting. 6.Ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and data confidentiality requirements. 7.Support cross-regional communication and coordination, including meeting organization and stakeholder alignment. 8.Take responsibilities and tasks assigned by the project manager and mentor, contributing to overall project success and continuous improvement.
