Job Description Job Summary - Lead and coordinate VDS-CN related acquisiton activities - Define/implement/maintain pricing strategy for VDS-CN related products Job Responsibilities 1. Identify relevant customer specific trends and requirements, define, align and implement pricing strategy 2. Identify relevant stakeholders for the acquisition, align the acquisition strategy with relevant Stakeholders 3. Check quotation-specific terms and conditions, consider frame contracts and agreements if applicable 4. Lead cross functional/locations acquisitions to achieve the quotation target lead-time 5. Support AM to get approval for “bottom line” in BAR Review, support acquisition closure within released "bottom line” 6. Assure involvement and prepare proper project handover w/ Project Component Manager, w/ necessary documentation 7. After nomination by customer, check and manage deviations to customer quotation 8. Prepare lessons learned and best practice exchange with cross function team and across customer accounts Qualifications 1. bachelor or above with management, or relevant education background, master degree is preferred 2. min. 3 years leadership experience with project management experience, automotive background is preferred 3. Good project management and commercial knowledge 4. Good English communication skills 5. Key competence: efficiency, flexibility, cost consciousness, customer-oriented, ability to influence.
