The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our dynamic education team. Join Animal Emergency Australia’s Veterinary Education & Training team on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and lead creative marketing campaigns that grow our Improve Veterinary Education programs across Australia & NZ. You’ll collaborate with the AEA marketing team, external partners, and industry stakeholders to build VE&T’s profile and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns to generate leads, conversions, and engagement.
  • Manage the CRM (Active Campaign) for EDM campaigns, automations, and reporting.
  • Maintain and optimise the WordPress website, including SEO improvements.
  • Oversee content creation across channels (social media, blogs, articles, videos, webinars).
  • Partner with AEA’s performance marketer on digital advertising (Google, Meta, PPC).
  • Plan and support VE&T presence at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
  • Manage marketing analytics and reporting, delivering actionable insights.
  • Collaborate on annual marketing strategy and budget.
  • Ensure activities align with brand, business strategy, and company objectives.

About You

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in marketing roles, ideally with exposure to education or health industries.
  • Proven experience in inbound/digital marketing campaigns and content production.
  • Skilled in CRM platforms, WordPress CMS, and social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to balance strategic and hands-on tasks.
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.
  • A passion for professional education and/or the veterinary industry will be highly regarded.
