PURPOSE:

The primary role of the Clone/Mother/Veg Technician is to maintain a healthy and efficient supply of plants throughout our facility. If needed the Clone/Mother/Veg Technician will be required to assist in the other grow processes.
Full time position Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,/ 10 hour days
Hourly range: $20.00 to $25.00

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain mother plants by training and de-leafing
• Produce cuttings of mother plants to maintain the planting schedule according to the Cultivation Manager
• Timely reporting to Compliance Manager for METRC compliance of all plant activity in the Mother
• Re-generate Mothers as necessary
• Maintaining Mother and Clone cycles for supply of plants throughout the facility
• Ensure proper plant count and tagging for Mother/Clone/Veg rooms
• Maintain/monitor Clone feed, nutrient levels, PH, and water temps in the Mother/Clone/Veg rooms as necessary
• Monitor and adjust lighting levels in the Mother/Clone/Veg rooms as necessary
• Ensure Mother plants are properly fertigated on a daily basis
• Monitor Temperature, Humidity, and CO2 levels in Mother/Clone/Veg rooms
• Maintain clean and sanitary Mother/Clone/Veg rooms
• Basic understanding of fundamental plant requirements, including irrigation requirements, disease identification/management, as well as an understanding of how each of these items impact plant development, and scheduling.
• Daily inspections of all plants
• Keep log of irrigation schedule and feed strength for Mother plants
• Communicate with and Report any plant health issues to the Cultivation Manager
• Assist in transplanting, harvesting, trimming, de-leafing, trellising, and moving of plants
• Assist Flower areas as necessary
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary facility
• Licensure and certifications must be periodically renewed by examination or the completion of continuing education and up to date.
