YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Repair and refurbishment of components such as cabinets, drawers, seats, lockers.
• This will include tasks such as sanding back items, re-painting, gluing, replacement of bolts, screws, washers
• Assembly of new components using hand and power tools (items as listed above).
• Assist in day-to-day tasks as per Team Leader’s instruction, including general labouring and specific tasks to assist the team and Team Leader
• Assist in the repairs and maintenance of products
• You will learn how to assemble and repair a range of items

WHAT AMTEK IS SEEKING IN THIS ROLE

The successful candidate will need to be motivated, reliable, and committed to work. You will work amongst a team but with your own tasks.

• Experience in either or, carpentry, painting, general handy man work, repairs
• An eye for detail, to ensure work is accurate and the final product is precise
• Working to meet strict daily deadlines, in a fast paced environment to ensure Ambulance vehicle Production levels are maintained.
