QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ year of customer service experience required
• Sales, marketing, BDC, or product specialist background preferred
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills

• Create inventory acquisition opportunities directly from consumers
• Manage 350–500 monthly leads from the KBB Buy Center
• Use the KBB ICO tool to engage clients and set purchase appointments
• Perform vehicle condition assessments and support retail inventory analysis
• Coordinate follow-up efforts to drive long-term appointment generation
• Facilitate acquisitions for 10 businesses in the Northern Platform
• Collaborate with the Centralized Appraisal Team and Accounting to execute purchases
• Track all acquisition activities and opportunities
• Support additional duties and special projects as assigned
