Job Description Job Responsibilities工作职责在试验场及公共道路环境中，对 ADAS 功能进行系统级整车测试，确保功能性能与稳定性满足项目及客户要求根据客户技术需求与规范，制定并执行系统测试用例，确保功能测试覆盖的完整性与一致性按项目或客户要求，与客户共同开展联合测试（Joint Test）及系统验收测试（Acceptance Test）规划、协调并管理系统测试相关活动，确保测试工具、测试设备及测试环境的可用性在测试车辆上完成 ADAS 各功能及相关部件的系统级集成与调试按照产品生命周期要求，建立、维护并持续更新测试文档，包括测试用例、测试计划、测试报告及 KPI 统计对测试结果、问题及偏差进行分析评估，并以结构化方式向项目团队及客户进行沟通与汇报根据项目需要，持续开发、优化测试方法、测试流程及测试环境 Qualifications Qualifications & Profile能力要求工程或理工科相关专业本科及以上学历具备 ADAS 产品开发或系统应用相关工作经验熟悉 ADAS 功能架构，并了解其与车辆系统（如 ESP、EPS、EMS 等）的交互关系掌握 ADAS 系统测试方法、测试策略及常用测试工具（如 CANoe、MTS、RT-Range 等）持有有效的中国 C 级或以上驾驶证（必须项）具备良好的中英文（普通话及英语）书面及口头沟通能力，能够在技术环境中进行专业交流具备测试脚本编写经验者优先（如 CAPL、Gateway 等）具备系统化思维方式，注重质量、流程及客户需求，具有持续改进意识能够在项目压力和时间约束下稳定工作，按计划交付高质量成果 Base 工作地点：重庆 Additional Information Ready to take your career to the next level?
