APPRAISER
We are a paintless dent repair company looking for a full-time appraiser based out of our Calgary office. You are a team player and will support our excellent service delivery by working longer hours during peak months (July-December). Some of the responsibilities of this position are as follows:
· Assessing vehicle damage (including identifying prior damage) and creating an estimate according to our insurance partners guidelines
· Educating our customers on the paintless dent repair (PDR) process
· Booking in customers after an appraisal has been completed - strive to maintain & improve the companies closing ratio
· Communicating effectively with our technicians, staff, customers & insurance partners
· Strict adherence to our internal procedures
· Create estimates from photos and in-person
- Process supplements for us and our body shop partners
- Review finished vehicles to ensure repairs were completed as per estimate and pass our strict quality control
- Assist with day to day operations at our Calgary head office or other locations (travel is required)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· MUST HAVE prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility, appraisal company or insurance company!
· Prior sales & operations experience
· Proficient with Qapter/Mitchell & Microsoft Office Software
· iPhone/iPad experience required
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Attention to detail
· MUST be able to travel/work outside of Calgary
· Team player, strong work ethic, self-motivated
· Professional business image
- Able to speak/write French an asset
- MUST HAVE a valid drivers license
- MUST be willing and able to communicate with staff 7/days week
- MUST be legally able to work in Canada
