Description
Lead vehicle program team to meet vehicle attribute requirements such as odor/dust intrusion, wrecker towing, water wading, under hood water management, snow/rain management. Conduct CAD checks to ensure early designs meet the attribute requirements Conduct vehicle level tests to sign off vehicle programs during vehicle prototype phase Lead cross functional teams to resolve issues identified during CAD checks or physical tests Present attribute status at vehicle program milestones Understand customer's expectation, document lesson learned, improve process and revise requirements as needed Established and active employee resource groups BSc, Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) Possess a passion for cars and/or trucks; understand how car and truck systems work. Demonstrated strong leadership and able to independently handle complex issue and make quick decisions. Able to handle multiple tasks and understand priority Excellent communication skill and able to put presentation quickly to demonstrate main points Experience for cross-functional Leadership, Project management and Systems Engineering is preferred
