In this excited position, you will support the Vehicle Certification & Regulatory Affairs department. You will cooperate in transferring and implementing regulatory requirements into the Architecture and Innovation departments and follow the certification of systems/components for the development of future vehicles. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to support the team in the following activities:

  • Analyze and monitor the regulatory performance of the vehicle/component during the early stage of development of the project, in order to achieve performances complying worldwide regulations.
  • Manage the Certification & Type Approval process of new and/or in production models/systems/components for Ferrari World-Wide markets of interest
  • Create and maintain timing plans for specific Type Approval & Certification activities
  • Identify, arrange and conduct testing to satisfy regulatory and functional requirements
  • Guarantee that the development of new concepts takes place in compliance with regulations requirements, allowing faster and more efficient adoption of innovative solutions and reducing the risks of non-compliance.
  • Support the development and implementation of new technologies in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Guide and support the introduction of technologies required by the standards.
  • Monitor the Legislation, Directives and Regulations changes concerning technologies, vehicles and components and their impacts on product features.
  • Transfer and interpret regulatory trends towards the development of new technologies/vehicles/componets.
  • Interpret company directions to evaluate the possible influence/anticipation of regulatory trends in order to guide rulemaking.
