About the Role As the Vehicle Controls and Features Supervisor, you will lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for the end-to-end development, validation, and sign-off of electronics hardware and software. Supporting the global Ranger and Everest programs, you will oversee critical vehicle control systems while driving full-vehicle Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) validation and homologation to ensure global compliance and excellence. Reporting directly to the Vehicle Controls Manager, this position is based at our IMG Product Development Centre in Broadmeadows, Melbourne. This role operates under a hybrid work arrangement, requiring four days on-site.
