Vehicle Conversion Lead
My client is looking for an experienced Vehicle Conversion Lead who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, get hands-on, and deliver exceptional work from start to finish. This role isn’t about sitting on the sidelines, you’ll be fitting, linings, floorings, towbars, roof bars, locks steps and auto electrics, and guiding a growing team to produce premium results every time.

The Role -
Vehicle Conversion Lead
Leading a growing team of vehicle converters and graphic installers
Work with leading brands, including Rhino, Sortimo, and System Edström.
Install complete vehicle conversions and fit electrical elements
Work alongside and guide the workshop team to deliver consistent, premium results
Ensure jobs move smoothly and efficiently from start to finish
Maintain a safe, tidy and positive working environment
What We’re Looking For -
Vehicle Conversion Lead
Proven hands-on experience in full vehicle conversions
Skilled in multiple areas: lining, racking, auto- electrics, locks, livery and handover
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work to the highest standards
Practical leadership, someone the team can rely on and learn from
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with pride in a job well done
Certificates such as NVQ Level 3 in Installation & Maintenance of Auto Electrical Systems and an ECS Health, Safety & Environmental Card would be an advantage.

Salary Range
£35,000 to £45,000 for the right candidate
