Your tasks:

  • Supporting customers from the purchase to the delivery of their new vehicle
  • Coordination of appointments and coordination with service, logistics and sales teams.
  • Ensuring that every vehicle is technically and visually perfectly prepared
  • Responsibility for smooth processes and an inspiring handover experience
  • Contributing your own ideas for the continuous improvement of the delivery process

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable experience
  • Passion for customer experiences and modern mobility
  • Organizational skills, communication skills, and service orientation
  • Confident demeanor – both on the phone and in person
  • Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
  • Very good German and good English skills
