Description
Description Join the America's Auto Auction team! Do you enjoy working with vehicles and take pride in making them look their best? Whether you're starting your career or already have detailing experience, we'd love to meet you. We provide on-the-job training in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you'll play an important role in preparing vehicles for auction. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and seeing the results of your efforts, this could be a great fit. What you'll do Wash, clean, and detail the interior, exterior, and engine compartments of vehicles from financial institutions and automobile dealerships. Prepare vehicles to meet auction-ready appearance and quality standards. Operate professional detailing equipment and cleaning products (training provided). Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and presentation before they move through the auction process. Work with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned to support auction operations. Requirements At least 21 years of age. Valid driver's license. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous automotive detailing experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train motivated individuals. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing physical work throughout the day. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, temperatures, noise levels, and around vehicle exhaust and cleaning products. America’s Auto Auction offers a competitive benefits package designed to support your health, financial future, and work-life balance. Eligible employees have access to comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans, retirement savings through our 401(k) program, and generous paid time off including PTO, sick leave, and parental leave. America's Auto Auction is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law.
