Job Description SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Casual Vehicle Detailer to join the team at Cairns Airport. As a Vehicle Detailer, you’ll meet SIXT Australia’s vehicle presentation standards, exceed customer expectations, and contribute to the successful daily operation of the location. Your role at SIXT Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer Refuelling or recharging vehicles as required Conducting basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks Inspecting and recording vehicle damage Moving vehicles around the location and between sites Maintaining a clean and safe working area Your skills matter Time management: You will have demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment, consistently meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Flexibility: You are willing to work a rotating roster between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays Communication: You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail: You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work. Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is preferable, however not essential. As part of our recruitment process, successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening. Please note that all candidates will need a current provisional or full drivers license and working rights in Australia.
